QBAP is a practical software shop for small and mid-sized businesses. We set things up so they actually work, connect the tools you already pay for, and stay around long after the project's "done" to make sure it stays that way.

Most small businesses don't need bigger software — they need help making the software they have do its job.

Most small businesses already have most of the tools they need. The accounting software is fine. The store is fine. The CRM, the payment processor, the spreadsheets — all fine on their own. The trouble is they don't talk to each other, nobody has time to wire them up properly, and the whole thing slowly turns into a stack of late nights and copy-pasted reports.

The big consultancies aren't built for this work — their pricing assumes you have a six-figure budget and a year to spare. The freelancer route works until your one person disappears and nobody knows how the thing was built. Meanwhile, the spreadsheet that started as a quick fix has become the most important file in the business, and nobody wants to touch it.

We're the people you call when the spreadsheet has gotten out of hand. Small projects, fixed prices, plain-English scopes, and we stick around afterwards. That's it. No big pitch deck, no enterprise transformation — just practical software help that actually fits the size of the business you're running.

We use the well-understood tools your team can hire for: mainstream accounting software, the major e-commerce platforms, common app frameworks. No exotic stack you'll regret in two years.

We document for your team

Everything we build comes with notes you can hand to a new employee or another consultant. Your business shouldn't be locked in to us.

Our office is in Albuquerque, but most of the work happens remotely — by call, screen-share and email. We work to your hours, not ours, and we'll come on-site when the project honestly needs it. No fake satellite offices, no overseas team you've never met.
